NRV DesignX needed to bring its HR, payroll, recruitment and expense processes onto a single, centralised system rather than managing them as separate manual processes. Nexos Soft is implementing the Zoho People Plus ecosystem end-to-end — covering the employee lifecycle, attendance and biometric integration, payroll processing, recruitment and expense workflows.

Intended business impact: give HR a single system of record for the full employee lifecycle, with attendance captured automatically from biometric devices and payroll processed without manual reconciliation.
