Bringing franchise billing and SAP into one connected flow
Citizen Watches India operates a growing network of exclusive franchise stores, supported by a head office running SAP ERP as its system of record. The franchise counters, however, relied on a legacy retail application that limited visibility and control at the point of sale. Nexos Soft is implementing Zoho POS across the store network, with a purpose-built two-way integration to SAP.
The solution design
SAP remains the single source of truth for item, price and inventory masters, while Zoho POS becomes the fast, GST-compliant storefront for retail billing, returns, exchanges and the in-store service counter — with a Nexos-built integration layer keeping the two systems in lock-step.
Franchise retail billing
MRP-based billing with line-level discounts, GST computation and a clear net-payable breakdown at every store.
Stock sync from SAP
Consignments billed from SAP appear automatically in the store's POS stock — no manual entry of models.
Batch-wise MRPs
Multiple price points per model tracked and billed correctly, synced from SAP's batch and serial data.
Returns & exchanges
A full sales-return workflow against the original invoice, with credit notes posted back to SAP.
Service & repair billing
Job-in service receipts, spare-part billing at fixed MRP, and labour charges combined into one GST invoice.
SAP reconciliation
Daily automated posting of sales, returns and credit notes back to SAP for accounting and inventory.
Delivery approach
The rollout is phased store by store, prioritising master-data sync and core billing before extending to the service counter and centralised reporting — with structured testing and hypercare support built into the plan.
